  • Lavez en machine à l'eau froide.
  • Séchez à plat uniquement ou au sèche-linge à température moyenne.
  • Ne repassez pas les garnitures.
  • Ne pas nettoyer à sec.

Politique d'expédition

Délai de livraison = temps de traitement + temps d'expédition
Les commandes sont traitées du lundi au vendredi (HNE), à l'exception des principaux jours fériés postaux américains.

  • Sac à dos : 7 à 9 jours ouvrables de traitement + 9 à 12 jours ouvrables d'expédition = 16 à 23 jours ouvrables
  • Autres : 1 à 3 jours ouvrables de traitement + 3 à 6 jours ouvrables d'expédition = 4 à 9 jours ouvrables
  • Chaussures brodées : 22 à 30 jours ouvrables

En raison du temps nécessaire pour créer soigneusement chaque article brodé, les chaussures et sacs à dos brodés peuvent nécessiter un délai de traitement supplémentaire. Nous vous recommandons de commander bien avant votre occasion spéciale ou la date de livraison souhaitée.

    These shoes are EVERYTHING and turned out even more beautiful than expected. They did not arrive on time for my wedding due to customs issues, but the seller was so nice and easy to work with. They offered a full refund and ended up switching shipping companies so I could get my shoes faster. They came a few days after my wedding and I’m SO glad that I decided to keep them! They match our wedding colors perfectly and such great quality. I high recommend and just make sure you order sooner than you think you need to just in case!

    I’m happy with this personalized bag! Shipping was fast and the communication with the seller was great. I love the flower design, the little addition of my daughter’s name and the overall feel of the bag. The only small downside is that the cords can be a little awkward when adjusting them, as there are quite a few loose strings.
