The embroidery was exactly what I asked for. I received it earlier than expected. Seller responded to all my inquiries quickly and was very friendly. Inside pocket is not usable due to the embroidery.
I’m happy with this personalized bag! Shipping was fast and the communication with the seller was great. I love the flower design, the little addition of my daughter’s name and the overall feel of the bag. The only small downside is that the cords can be a little awkward when adjusting them, as there are quite a few loose strings.
The item is as described, the quality of the custom work is amazing and they were so helpful to make sure the changes were exactly what I wanted before making official changes. The seller was very active in making sure my experience was the best it could be. I’m gery grateful and would 100% recommend.
