Mobile Terms of Service
EasyChoo
Last updated: July 08, 2025
The SMS/text messaging service ("Service") is operated by Easy Choo ("Easy Choo", "we", or "us"). By using this Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms"). We reserve the right to update, modify, or cancel the Service or any of its features at any time without notice. Where allowed by law, we may also update these Mobile Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect will indicate your acceptance of those changes.
1. Consent to Receive Messages
By opting in to Easy Choo's text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of Easy Choo at the mobile number you provided — even if that number is listed on any state or federal Do Not Call list.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. These may include:
-
Transactional messages: order updates, account alerts, and other service-related notifications.
-
Promotional messages: special offers, product launches, cart reminders, and other marketing content.
Participation is entirely voluntary. You do not need to opt in to receive text messages in order to make a purchase.
2. Message Frequency and Costs
We do not charge a fee to use this Service. However, message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
-
Message frequency may vary.
-
You are solely responsible for any charges billed by your mobile carrier for text messaging services.
-
Please check your plan details with your carrier for more information.
3. How to Opt Out
You can cancel at any time.
To stop receiving messages:
-
Text STOP to EasyChoo
-
Click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any message.
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation text. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
Note: If you're subscribed to other Easy Choo text programs, you must opt out separately from each one by following the instructions in their respective terms.
4. Help & Support
For assistance:
-
Text HELP to EasyChoo, or
-
Email us at support.easychoo@gmail.com.
5. Phone Number Changes
If you change your mobile number, you must re-enroll with your new number to continue receiving messages.
We may update our sending numbers or short codes. Messages sent to outdated numbers (including STOP or HELP commands) may not be received, and we are not responsible for honoring them.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for:
-
Failed, delayed, or misdirected message delivery
-
Errors in content
-
Any decisions or actions you take based on information sent through the Service
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. For more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Notice.
